Ordered brushes with the free international shipping. I have emailed them twice as the FedEx tracking number keeps coming up as invalid. They have not responded, no customer service. If my brushes end up arriving or customer service contacts me I will update the review. But according to the other reviews, it does not look promising.
EDIT: the response is lying. I emailed as directed so that they would TAKE ME OFF THEIR EMAIL LIST and they have since sent me multiple emails daily. They do not comply with email laws requiring unsubscribe options. fine products; worst email spam I've ever encountered. the unsubscribe link leads to a page that is permanently broken. I bought a few products from them and receive upwards of 5 emails daily. they use a lot of tactics to evade email filters. You can't purchase online without providing your email address obviously. my advice is to either buy secondary market on ebay, to use a throwaway or disguised email address, or to set your email filters to send anything "From: "sigma"" directly to spam. They are even worse than condenast, which is also relentless and doesn't comply with unsubscribe laws. I've reported them to the FCC and I encourage you to do the same. No eyeliner or whatever is worth the inbox attacks. SIGMA I DO NOT WANT YOUR COUPONS. I WILL NEVER EVER EVER BUY YOUR PRODUCTS AGAIN UNTIL YOU STOP SPAMMING MY EMAIL BOX PERMANENTLY. YOU HAVE ABUSED THE PRIVILEGE OF ACCESS TO MY EMAIL. YOU ARE A BAD, BAD COMPANY.

What a horrible experience
First of all company doesn’t take any responsibility unlike everlane and other American brands who actually care about customers and refund the full amount paid in Aud and doesn’t push it to Australian banks
To take the hit for exchange rates decreasing when considering refunds.
Then they continue to blast you with heaps of Intrusive spam emails full of 10% discount codes and every time you click unsubscribe the page won’t load.
Basically they will keep harassing you for months and months and flood your inbox

Put in an order for the Ultimate Blending Brush Set and the F80 brush on February 1 during some absolutely insane sales. Sigma sets usually cost $100+ AUD so this was an absolute steal.
Read some awful reviews about their shipping from many websites. From here, Reddit, other review websites etc. Saw some posters have waited up to 3+ months. I wasn't really in a rush so didn't expect much in terms of shipping speed. Thought I could wait until end of March. Imagine my surprise and delight to see it arrived today! A great experience so far. So happy with my purchases

They keep pushing the delivery date from jan to feb and the manager said wait till 12Th feb or else we

Refund and it’s now the 15th and they have stopped replying to my

This brand is basically full of thieves pushing Instagram models and makeup artists down your throat and marketing extremely sales but never promising the a dial Product.
And customer service is one of the worst I have seen in a while, lacks empathy, pushes products down your throat and lacks basic manners as
All they do is send cold emails back as if I’m begging them for “my” money.

the worst service ever. My order came after two months. They told me it takes only 3 to 10 business days. even worse, they sent me wrong products. I ordered a lip stick but they sent me a different colour from what I ordered. The worst service ever. I will never buy any product from sigma beauty.
First ever order with Sigma, I ordered the palette vault (4x eyeshadow palettes) which wasnt available at the UK stockists at a really good price over black friday and selected untracked shipping. After reading these reviews I was worried my order wouldnt show up, and it did take a while (to be fair it was over the xmas and NY period) but my order arrived in excellent condition and no extra customs charges were applied (I'm in the UK). The products themselves are stunning, my only constructive criticism would be that I can't understand why such a large successful brand are even still offering untracked shipping in 2021 (and more to the point charging so much for tracked shipping) when other much more affordable stateside companies (like Colourpop) give you tracked shipping as a given? I feel like tracked shipping for all orders would eliminate a lot of customer complaints? Anyway, really happy I grabbed the palette vault but will look to order Sigma products from a UK retailer that stocks them in future to avoid wait times/worry it wont arrive.
No one mentioned 8-9 weeks for a simple delivery .

I ordered twice and had mild issues once, while the 2nd time it was a more complicated issue with shipping and customs. They responded quickly and were polite and extremely efficient in their understanding and handling of the matter in both occasions. Top score for customer service, by far.
I have been a loyal international sigma customer for many years, purchased many things from them and I wait months every year for their world wide free shipping events, as this is the only way I can avoid the exorbitant international shipping fee. In a all the years I have purchased from them NEVER before have I been charged past what I paid from my purchase on the site. So imagine my shock and anger after receiving a call telling me that not only will I have to pay again, the amount is more than DOUBLE what I would have paid for expediated shipping. When I contacted their customer services, they gave me a rote run around that this was their policy and that it was a duty fee, etc, etc. If this is the case, why was this the FIRST time this has happened in the FOUR years I have been a customer. Had I known from the first purchase years ago that this is what would happen, I would never again have purchased from them.
What was the point of me waiting for their free ww shipping event? The whole reason I would anxiously wait is so I can enjoy some savings on products I love. What would be the point of me waiting for ANY of their sales event, EVER? To say I am upset is an understatement. I have always loved Sigma products, and can't count the number of times I have recommended them to my friends, but this is it for me. I will not be purchasing anymore Sigma products, if whatever deal /sale I want to enjoy will not only be negated by shipping, but actually cost me more in the end. I also will stop recommending their products.
